Dubbo Floods 2010. 11AM Dec 4th. River is still rising.
We drove from Sydney to Dubbo yesterday. The Wellington Road was closed so we had to drive via Mudgee. There was some water across the Dunedoo Road 30km out from Dubbo but it was passable.
